Cancellation and Refunds Policy

At Anchor Apparel, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our cancellation, return, and refund process.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us at rahulrajanbabu@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns – Apparel
We accept returns of apparel within 4 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with their original tags and packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at rahulrajanbabu@gmail.com with your order details.

Returns – Jewellery
Jewellery is eligible for return only if it arrives damaged. We do not accept jewellery returns for change-of-mind or other reasons. To claim a return for damaged jewellery, you must provide a clear, continuous package-opening (unboxing) video showing the sealed parcel being opened. Claims without this video cannot be processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must report it to us within 24 hours of delivery, along with the unboxing video and photographs. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
